About me

MASTER OF LAW
  • I specialize in European Union (EU) administrative and migration law.

  • My work involves managing residency legalization for foreigners in Poland, including preparing immigration documents and processing applications for temporary or permanent residence permits.

  • I maintain contact with administrative authorities and oversee legalization processes in accordance with guidelines and deadlines.

Genealogical research in archives across Poland, Ukraine, Belarus and other former Soviet states (CIS)

I conduct archival research from the Russian Empire, the Second Polish Republic (1918-1939), and Soviet period to confirm ancestors’ Polish origin and eligibility for citizenship. This research is essential for obtaining a Pole’s Card, a permanent residence permit, and ultimately Polish citizenship.
I have extensive experience working with most regional archives in Ukraine and conduct research in Poland, Belarus and specialized archives of the former Soviet Union territories.

Education in Poland and the European Union

I hold a degree in Historical Sciences from Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, having completed the specialized “Genealogy: Theory and Practice” program. I professionally handle historical documents in Ukrainian, Russian, Latin, and English, working with materials of varying complexity levels. Additionally, I maintain professional membership in the genealogical association “Your Roots in Poland.”

I hold a Master’s in Political Science and Public Administration from Jagiellonian University (Institute of European Studies), earning a Master’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration with specialization in civil society organizations and diplomatic studies (public & cultural diplomacy).

 mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

During my studies, I defended a Master’s thesis on the acquisition of EU citizenship by foreigners of Polish origin
outside the European Union. My research provided a detailed analysis of the procedures for acquiring Polish
citizenship based on Polish ancestry, with particular attention to minors, adoption, and the “inheritance” of Polish
citizenship. It also examined the procedure for obtaining a Pole’s Card for individuals of Polish nationality and
those actively engaged in activities benefiting Poland. My academic work explored the institution of Polish
citizenship following Poland’s accession to the European Union.

I also studied at Maastricht University in the Netherlands, in the Faculty of International and Political Studies,
where I worked on the project “Lifting the Iron Curtain: Central and Eastern Europe in the New Europe – Ukraine
in Modern History and Today.” In this project, I analyzed the formation of ethnic social groups within the territory
in present-day Ukraine.
